The was flesh-colored, subcutaneous, and freely movable He had no history inflammation or any urinary symptoms. Rest genitals were normal. Excision cyst performed under general anesthesia. histopathology reported as EC. No recurrence has been noted year since excision. Penile can occur after minor surgical procedure like circumcision. condition needs to be treated total excision case it occurs.
